THE NEW DINING EXPERIENCE
In Japan, robatayaki (炉端焼き) means “fireside-cooking” using Bincho Tan, a special Japanese charcoal that originated in Hokkaido. A tradition first introduced by ancient fishermen using boxes of hot coals to warm their food as they gathered their day’s catch. We honor the centuries old style cooking with a menu featuring traditional styles of authentic Japanese cuisine. All of our ingredients is seasonal with the daily fresh seafood catch from Nha Trang and mostly imported from Japan. Customers can have their selections with gourmet seafood, premium meat and vegetables.
